His name is Italian, and he has a Southern drawl, but Enzo Ferretti is a French cowboy. The Fort Scott Community College freshman came here on a rodeo scholarship from a farm in southern France, called Verquieres, population 800. "My dad owns a wheat farm, about 300 acres in southern France," Ferretti said. "We were a wheat farm, but we do fruit and veggies, too. Right now lettuce and tomatoes at a farmer's market.
