Eugene A. McClellan, age 79, a resident of Fort Scott, Kansas, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2020, at his home. He was born Jan. 12, 1941, in Council Grove, Kan., the son of Julius Eugene McClellan and Beulah Martin McClellan. Gene graduated from the Wilsey, Kan., High School and later served for two years with the Kansas Army National Guard. ...
