The Bourbon County Commissioners are hoping to have a revised employee handbook completed by the end of the year. On Tuesday, County Counselor Justin Meeks reported on his progress on the revisions. Winter weather wreaks havoc for weekend drivers

A wintry mix of ice and light snow over the weekend led to several vehicle accidents in the city and county.
