Richard "Dickie" Heaton, age 70, passed away on Saturday Dec. 3, 2016 at his home in Hume, Mo. Richard was born April 14, 1946 in Fort Scott, Kan., the son of Arthur and Edna Hutton Heaton. Dickie as his friends knew him enjoyed rodeos, bull riding and horses, but it was his love of fishing that was his passion. ...
