Charles Lee "Bill" Isaac, age 85, of rural Greenfield, Mo., passed away Friday, Sept. 26, 2014 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Lockwood where he had been a resident for the past month. Bill was born Feb. 21, 1929 in Bayard, Kan., one of the eight children of Clarence and Dessie Belle (Davis) Isaac. ...
