Results from the Kansas State Fair at Hutchinson showed the Bourbon County 4-H'ers receiving 12 Purple Ribbons, 31 Blue Ribbons, 31 Red Ribbons, one White Ribbon and eight Participation on their exhibits. JESENICE, Slovenia -- Jure Robic, five-time champion of the Race Across America, died of injuries suffered in a traffic accident in his native country Friday afternoon. Robic, 45, won the solo men's of RAAM a record five times between 2004 and this past summer. He was in second place in the 2009 race when he dropped out to protest time penalties he felt he received unfairly.
