Bourbon County employees will receive additional pay related to recent winter weather after action taken Monday by the Bourbon County Commission. Bourbon County officials reviewed the county’s end-of-year finances during the March 3 meeting of the Bourbon County Commission. County Clerk Susan Walker said since there are two commissioners who are new to the budget process, she highlighted the county’s budgeted funds and explained the county must follow budget and cash basis laws.
