She was born on Dec. 20, 1952, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of James Hewitt Miller and Willa Mae (Moore) Miller. She married Fred Blair Kruse on June 4, 1971, in Mt. Vernon, Iowa, and he preceded her in death on Feb. 22, 2009...
