Leonard Roscoe Ramsey, age 83, a resident of Medicalodge Nursing Center, Nevada, Mo., died Tuesday, Nov. 30. He was born Sept. 2, 1938, the son of Paul Ramsey and Ruth Rogers Ramsey.
