Debra Lavaughn Reinecker, age 62, a resident of Fort Scott, Kan., passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Nov. 3, 2019, at her home. She was born April 3, 1957, in Anaheim, Calif., the daughter of Dale and Donna Smith. Debbie married Joseph P. Reinecker on Dec. 2, 1995, at the Community Christian Church in Fort Scott.
