Virginia Ruth Mitchell, age 88, Pleasanton, Kan., passed away on Monday, Dec. 10, 2018 at her home. Charles Wesley Hall, age 61, a resident of Fort Scott, Kan., passed away Sunday, Dec. 9, 2018, at the Valley View Senior Living Center in Junction City, Kan.
