Fort Scott Community College's volleyball team, ranked No. 10 in NJCAA Division II, took a pair of road wins over the weekend at Johnson County and Southeast (Neb.). The Greyhounds took a 3-2 win over No. 19 Johnson County Friday night at Overland Park by scores of 25-17, 20-25, 30-23, 25-18 and 15-9. It is not known when the last time a Fort Scott victory at Overland Park took place but it is the Greyhounds' second win over the Cavaliers in the past three seasons...

Fort Scott Community College scored eight touchdowns in the first half alone at Frary Field Monday night as the Greyhounds crushed the Central Methodist University junior varsity 70-0. Fort Scott's defense held the Eagles to exactly zero yards of total offense. CMU (0-2) gained just 23 yards on 15 pass plays and lost 23 yards on 29 rushing attempts.
