The Fort Scott Community College Board of Trustees on Monday approved an amendment to a lease purchase agreement for a new baseball scoreboard at Lions Field. During the board's regular meeting, FSCC Director of Finance and Operations Julie Eichenberger said the five-year lease agreement was reviewed by the college's attorney, Zack Reynolds, and the main change is an amendment that allows the college, as a public institution, to terminate the lease agreement if funds are not appropriated in future years.. ...
