Fort Scott Community College softball posted a sweep of Cottey College in a non-conference doubleheader Friday at the Betty Ruth Willard Complex. The Greyhounds (7-8) took the twinbill by scores of 15-4 and 22-3, both five-inning contests. Game one featured a battle of former Nevada High School teammates, as Cottey freshman pitcher Madison Hedges faced Fort Scott freshman Cheyenne Brewer.
