Charles Robert "Charlie" Baird, 66, of Fort Scott, passed away at his home Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013. He was born Feb. 18, 1947 in Fort Scott, Kan., the son of Charles George and Buena Carolyn (Warren) Baird.
