Bourbon County man charged for alleged rape of 3-year-old child

A 26-year-old Bourbon County man has been accused of raping and engaging in unlawful sexual acts with a 3-year-old child. Derek J. Holt, 301 Clay St., Uniontown, has been charged with one count each of rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Both are high-level felonies and, if convicted on both counts, Holt could spend as much as 75 years in prison...
