Dave Martin will remain in his spot as top city administrator for the next few years after the Fort Scott City Commission chose to renew his contract Tuesday evening. The commission voted unanimously to approve changes recently made to the employment agreement for Martin, who came on board as city manager in 2010. The main benefit of the contract extension includes a 2 percent increase in his salary -- from $71,400 to $72,828 annually...
