Palma J. Lyons

Palma J. Lyons, age 86, of Fort Scott, Kan., passed away at her home on April 12, 2025 with her family at her side. She was born on Dec. 7, 1938, in Throckmorton, Texas. In August of 2005, she married the love of her life Tom Lyons, who preceded her in death on Aug. 22, 2007. Palma was an avid volunteer for many local organizations and remained deeply involved in her community throughout her life. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and a cherished friend to many. A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 21, 2025, at the Fort Scott National Cemetery in Fort Scott, Kan. Arrangements are under the direction of Bath-Naylor Funeral Home, Pittsburg, Kan.
