Tiger netters begin season at Parsons Invitational

The Fort Scott High School boys tennis team opened its season with a second-place finish at the Parsons Invitational Thursday.

The Tigers scored 11 team points to place second behind Independence in first place with 14 points. Rounding out the team scoring were Pittsburg in third place with eight points, Parsons in fourth with six points and Coffeyville in fifth with one point.
