Fort Scott City Commissioner Matthew Wells on Tuesday presented three letters concerning various local and national issues, one of which involves an appeal to Congressional representatives regarding recent cuts to the National Park Service, which includes the Fort Scott National Historic Site.

Derek Schmidt “to save our national historic site from the damaging impacts of the mass firings and other changes that have currently been made.”
