Lady Tigers win, Tigers fall Friday in Chanute

In their final games of 2024, Fort Scott High School’s Tiger basketball teams split with the Blue Comets Friday night in Chanute.

The offense of the Lady Tigers (5-0, 2-0) started slow but as usual, their defense played strong in a 48-26 win over the Lady Blue Comets (0-4.) The Tiger boys (0-5, 0-2) battled in an attempt to chalk up their first win of the season but slipped 69-42 in the nightcap.
