Former FSHS basketball coach appears in court, hearing continued

A misdemeanor criminal case involving a former Fort Scott High School basketball coach was continued Friday morning in Bourbon County District Court.

During an arraignment/status hearing in the case of the State of Kansas vs. Michael Krull, Bourbon County District Judge Sarah Stewart granted a continuance in the case. Krull was present for the hearing with his attorney, Thomas Lemon, of the firm of Cavanaugh, Biggs & Lemon, P.A. in Topeka. The prosecution was represented by Assistant Bourbon County Attorney Elizabeth Oliver.
