County signs off on agreement for medical emergency department

Bourbon County Commissioners on Monday signed off on the county’s portion of a funding agreement for an emergency department in Fort Scott.

County Counselor Justin Meeks said the city of Fort Scott sent the county the agreement the Fort Scott City Commissioners unanimously approved during their Oct. 15 meeting.
