Committee chosen to review seetbacks on solar panels

Bourbon County Commissioners on Monday selected members of a committee designed to help the commission review setbacks for solar panel developments.

As the commission works to find a compromise with citizens who have voiced several concerns with solar panel projects, seven people were chosen for the committee, which is expected to make recommendations to the commission regarding setback requirements for current and future solar developments. The commission received nine letters from interested citizens.
