FSCC women’s basketball season suspended

Fort Scott Community College officials have made the decision to suspend the college’s women’s basketball season, which was slated to begin in November.

During Monday’s FSCC Board of Trustees meeting, FSCC President Jason Kegler said he had “bad news” to share. He said numbers of student-athletes and other factors have led to the suspension of the 2023-24 season for the women’s basketball program
