Students compete for best business plan

Fort Scott High School students got a glimpse of the business world through the Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge, which ended with a trade show exhibit Tuesday at the high school.

The Fort Scott Area Chamber of Commerce hosted the fourth annual Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge in partnership with the high school. Eighteen students prepared startup business ideas and competed for cash prizes as their projects were judged Tuesday.
