Lady Tiger volleyball wins share of league crown

The Lady Tigers have claimed Fort Scott’s first league volleyball title since 2009.

Chanute (23-12 overall) and Fort Scott (21-15) both finished 10-2 in the SEK League to share the league championship. It is the first time teams have shared a league title in volleyball since 2015 when Chanute and Pittsburg were crowned champions.

This is Fort Scott’s eighth league volleyball title in the program’s history (1994, 1995, 1996, 1998, 2000, 2003, 2009, 2022.) It is Chanute’s first SEK title since 2015 and its 15th championship overall in program history, according to submitted information.
