Lady Tiger pair battles to 10th at state

Fort Scott High School’s doubles team of Lanie Krokroskia and Abbie Gorman finished in 10th place at the Class 4A State Tennis Tournament which took place Friday and Saturday in Prairie Village.

“Lanie and Abbie peaked at the right time and played their best tennis of the season,” FSHS Head Coach Lynn Barr said. “They played at a consistent level all weekend, they were competitive in all their matches and played their game, doing what they do best in each match.
