Warren remembered as a man dedicated to his community

Allen Warren will be remembered by many people as a person who was committed to the betterment of the community.

The 78-year-old Fort Scott resident, who died May 18, served the community in several capacities, from county government to civic leadership. He served four years as a Bourbon County Commissioner, presiding over his final commission meeting in January 2015.
