Fate of Eagle Block building not good as portion collapsed during heavy rain storm

During a special meeting Friday morning, Fort Scott Land Bank Trustees agreed to vacate some businesses and block off a portion of North National Avenue until the integrity of the Eagle Block Building can be determined.
