The Fort Scott Tiger varsity baseball team picked up its seventh straight win this season and exacted a little revenge on the Pittsburg Purple Dragons with a 16-4 walloping of its SEK foe Wednesday afternoon at Dave Regan Stadium.
The Tigers (7-7 overall, 7-2 in the SEK) collected 16 runs on 12 hits and scored at least one run through the first four innings of the five-inning contest, which Fort Scott won due to the 10-run rule after five innings.
