Special meeting held, discussion of cancelled meeting ensues

Fort Scott City Commissioners held a special meeting Monday morning to take care of business rescheduled from the Tuesday, Sept. 15 meeting, which was cancelled due to lack of a quorum.

The cancellation drew discussion from Commissioner Kevin Allen, who said he had attended a public hearing at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, at City Hall. The regular commission meeting was scheduled for 6 p.m. at Buck Run Community Center.
