Lady Tigers claim OT win over Neosho; Tigers hammer Providence Academy

The Fort Scott High School Lady Tigers won a low-scoring overtime thriller, 30-25, over the Neosho Lady Wildcats Friday night in the second round of the Kansas Army National Guard Invitational tournament. The Tiger boys clobbered the Providence Academy Patriots 62-32 in their second round game Friday.
The Lady Tigers (3-7 overall) advanced to play Christian Heritage Academy at 3 p.m. today for fifth place in the girls bracket. The Tiger boys (3-7) will also play for fifth place in the boys bracket with a matchup set for 4:30 p.m. today against the Wichita-Independent Panthers.
