City faces alleged Kan. Open Meetings Act violation

During a special meeting Monday, the Fort Scott City Commission approved sending a letter to the Kansas Attorney General’s Office in response to inquiries into a complaint filed by a Fort Scott resident regarding alleged violations of the Kansas Open Meetings Act.
