Hounds shut out Ellsworth 36-0, crack NJCAA top 20

The Fort Scott Community College Greyhounds blanked the Ellsworth Community College Panthers, 36-0 Saturday afternoon at Frary Field.

The Greyhounds (4-2 overall, 3-2 in the KJCCC) outscored the Panthers 20-0 in the first half, and dropped 16 more points in the third quarter for the shutout win. The Panthers fumbled the ball four times in the matchup, and converted only one of 12 third down plays.
