Blue Comets down Tigers

Turnovers and penalties contributed to the Fort Scott Tiger football team's 42-21 loss to the Chanute Blue Comets Friday night at Frary Field.

The Tigers (1-5 overall, 1-4 in the SEK) turned the ball over on fumbles three times, and costly false start penalties kept drives alive for the Blue Comets (5-1 overall) throughout the contest.
