Rolling rivers, dangerous driving

Portions of nearly every road in Bourbon County were covered Tuesday after 5 inches of rain fell overnight and into the early afternoon, causing rivers to overflow their banks.

Residents and drivers are urged to be cautious, be aware of their surroundings and avoid driving through water covering any roadways.
