County explores juvenile detention options

With Bourbon County Commissioners facing a deadline to decide whether to continue in a contract to house juvenile offenders in a Girard facility, recent discussions have taken place about the cost of that service.
On Tuesday, Bourbon County Attorney Jacqie Spradling provided commissioners with information from Franklin, Johnson, Douglas counties and “others.”
