City attorney resigns

Longtime Fort Scott City Attorney Bob Farmer announced his plans to resign from the position at Tuesday’s meeting of the Fort Scott City Commission.

During the comments portion of the meeting, Farmer said he is “tendering my resignation” effective March 30, and read from a letter he sent to commissioners and City Manager Dave Martin. The letter is dated March 5.
