Bottom line should stay same, but line items can move in jail, sheriff budget

Bourbon County Commissioners on Tuesday were asked to clarify how bills are paid for jail expenses and also the amount budgeted for jail staff wages.

Sheriff Bill Martin and Jail Administrator Bobby Reed met with commissioners and invited Terry Sercer, CPA with Diehl Banwart and Bolton, who assists the county with its budget.
