Fred Moulton, 95, of Thayer, shows a group of youngsters how to use an antique corn shelling machine Friday afternoon at the Bourbon County Fairgrounds.

The demonstration was part of activities in the annual Pioneer Harvest Fiesta, which began Thursday night with a downtown parade and continues through Sunday. The event includes antique farm equipment demonstrations, a quilt show and an arts and crafts show, as well as vendors and a music.
