Schedule changes for freshmen football

Fort Scott High School has made the following changes to its freshmen and junior varsity football schedules, which were made necessary by a lack of players at some of the schools on the original schedule. The JV teams will play their original opponents while the freshmen will play new teams.

On Monday, Oct. 1, there will be only a junior varsity game at Labette County. Kickoff will be at 1 p.m. To make up for the cancellation of the freshmen game versus LCHS, there will be a freshmen game at Olathe West on Thursday, Oct. 4 at 4:30.

The home date on Monday, Oct. 8 will now only include a 5 p.m. JV game agains Chanute. The freshmen will instead play at Prairie View on Thursday, Oct. 11 at 4:30.
