Northeast softball on winning streak

ARMA — With a sweep of Pleasanton here in Three Rivers League play, Northeast has won four straight games and improved to 6-6 in both league play and overall.

The Vikings took game one from the Blu-Jays, 7-5, and the nightcap, 9-2. Freshman Rachel Fox (2-4) was the winning pitcher in each game and also had 3 hits in the doubleheader.

Emily Hensley hit her first home run during the night, one of her 4 hits. Amber Claffey had 5 hits, including a double and a triple.
