Kamey Dee Fleener

Kamey Dee Fleener, 60, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2018 at Olathe Medical Center in Olathe, Kan. Kamey was born Dec. 20, 1957 in Nevada, Mo., to Kenneth D. and Marcella F. (Hamilton) Scism.

Kamey grew up in Nevada and graduated from Nevada High School with the Class of 1976. Kamey lived most of her life in Nevada. She has lived in Xenia, Kan., since 2013.

Survivors include one son, Steven Fleener and Nikoh Pitts, Bronson, Kan.; one daughter, Lisa Church and her husband Adam, Bronson, Kan.; 11 grandchildren, Savanah, Shawn, Gabriel, Emma, Sophia, Tallas, McKenna, Treyton, Ashton, Kirston, and Kennedy. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2018 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada with Tina Barnett officiating. Friends may call now and until the hour of service at the funeral home.
