Boy Scout Cody Dean, Troop 114, leads attendees in the Pledge of Allegiance at a Memorial Day service Monday at the Fort Scott National Cemetery. The ceremony, which was organized by the American Legion, included music, speeches, placing the wreath by the Gold Star Mothers and a volley from the VFW.
