Noel Grace Belcher

Jordan Cowlishaw and Dustin Belcher of Fort Scott announce the birth of their daughter, Noel Grace Belcher, at 4:54 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2016 at Mercy Hospital Fort Scott.

She weighed 9 pounds, 15 ounces and measured 21 inches at birth.

She joins siblings Gabrielle Kaye Belcher, Christopher Lane Belcher, Jillian Beth Belcher, Alison Marie, and Isabelle Rose Belcher.

Maternal grandparents are Becky Caldwell Cowlishaw and John Cowlishaw. Paternal grandparents are Christie and Dwight Belcher.
