Ronnie Lee Shadden, 40, Nevada, Mo., passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 in Fort Scott, Kan. Ronnie was born Dec. 26, 1975 in Butler, Mo., to Harry Henry and Corrine "Colleen" (Joles) Shadden. He was united in marriage to Christina Marie Terry on May 11, 2014 and she survives of the home.

Ronnie grew up in the Fort Scott area where he attended Fort Scott Schools and later received his GED in Nevada. Following high school, he worked as an auto mechanic and was owner-operator of R&R Garage in Nevada for a number of years. Ronnie loved dirt track racing. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, music, and especially spending time with his friends and family. He was a gifted speaker who spoke at many funerals for friends and family members.

In addition to his wife Christina, he is survived by two children, Kadessa Shadden, and Braxton Shadden, both of Nevada; four step-children, Joshiah Ruston, El Dorado Springs, Mo., Sabrina Ruston, El Dorado Springs, Randall Barnard, Nevada, Katelynn Terry, Nevada; one sister, Pauline Shadden, Kansas City, Kan.; four brothers, Tynce Joles, Hiattville, Kan., Sid Shadden (Dollie), Fulton, Kan., Steve Shadden (Janet) Elsmore, Kan., and Richard Shadden; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Amanda Gail Shadden, and Coleen Denise Shadden; his parents; and two sisters, Sharon O'Bryan, and Wanda Johnson.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada. Interment will follow in Moore Cemetery, Nevada. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday evening at the funeral home.
