JV boys win big in tourney

EL DORADO SPRINGS, Mo. -- Fort Scott High School's junior varsity boys' basketball team won big over Lamar, Mo., 62-17, in the first round of a tournament here Monday night.

Jesse Lawrence scored 11 points while Brady Tourtllott added 10.

Fort Scott plays Clinton, Mo., tonight in the semifinals. The final round is set for Thursday.
