Winter weather returned to Bourbon County Tuesday when rain turned to ice. Snow was expected to follow the ice. The weather kept emergency personnel busy responding to falls and wrecks. The weather also caused some evening activities to be cancelled or postponed. The Fort Scott City Commission cancelled its meeting and the Uniontown School District released students early.
