Brandon Miles "Sunshine" Weyant
Brandon Miles "Sunshine" Weyant, age 22, resident of Uniontown, Kansas, died Thursday, November 26, 2015, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, following a single vehicle accident. He was born June 19, 1993, in Fort Scott, Kansas. Brandon worked for Mid-Continental Restoration in Fort Scott. He also enjoyed working for Terry Love on weekends. He liked to fish, hunt, listen to music, and read. He loved spending time with his son Bentley. He was known for his infectious smile and going barefoot. Brandon was always willing to help others in need, even in his passing through donating his tissue and organs.
Survivors include his wife Nicollette; son, Bentley; a daughter on the way, Aensley; his two dads, Matt Weyant and Sammy O'Brien; his momma, Christy O'Brien; sister, Regan Weyant; grandma Goldie Arndt; grandma Rev Wilson; papaw Travis and granny Nette Schobey; grandpa Mike O'Brien and grandma Kay Kubala; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandpa's Miles Weyant and Larry Arndt; grandma Carol Marker; uncles Jim and Brad Weyant; and four cousins.
Rev. Marty DeWitt and Todd Grimes will conduct memorial services at 10:00 AM Saturday, November 28th, at the First Missionary Baptist Church in Uniontown. Memorials are suggested to the Brandon Weyant Memorial Fund and may be left in care of the Union State Bank, 204 Sherman, Uniontown, Kansas 66779.
